**U11-U14 Coaches and Managers: In preparation for tryouts in the spring we would like to have a good idea of the direction our current U11-U14 recreational and classic players are leaning for next fall. Towards that end, Managers, Please fill out this Player Tracking Form, indicating whether the player will be attending tryouts, playing rec soccer or has decided not to play next year. Coaches, please complete this Player Evaluation Form only for the players that are planning to attend tryouts this spring. Please email the forms to
no later than May 21st, so we can prepare adequately for the tryout process.
