**U11-U14 Coaches and Managers: In preparation for tryouts each spring we would like to have a good idea of the direction our current U11-U14 classic and rec players are leaning for next fall. Towards that end, Managers, Please fill out this Player Tracking Form, indicating whether the player will be attending tryouts, playing rec soccer or has decided not to play next year. Coaches, please complete this Player Evaluation Form only for the players that are planning to attend tryouts each spring. Please email the forms to
no later than May 21st, so we can prepare adequately for the tryout process.

If within two months of expiration, click HERE . Please complete the online application, print the confirmation page that appears on your monitor, and follow the directions for mailing in your expired card to WYSA. We will reimburse you for cost of courses--contact us to verify course level and your coaching status with us in advance for levels other than G/Y1-- (no travel expenses) and we pay directly for any G/Y! courses for initial license. Meetings generally set for two weeks before start of each fall and spring season segment. Coaches and Managers are generally sent an e-mail invitation to this event. Attendance from your team's staff is required to obtain your current roster, schedule, and other timely information.
